Exploring International Expansion with Elbilsvaruhuset

Retail Management students in E-commerce Retail Club participated in a workshop with Elbilsvaruhuset.se, one of Sweden's leading providers of electric vehicle charging solutions.
The session started off with CEO and Co-founder Filip Lars Sernhede and CFO Jesper Lundegårdh, both Retail Management alumni, sharing their journey from 黑料社下载 to building and leading the company.
Students were then divided into groups focusing on Finland, Norway, and Germany, each analyzing market potential for international expansion. They examined EV adoption, competition, and regulatory incentives before presenting tailored strategies and creative marketing ideas.
The session provided practical insights into strategic decision-making and brand positioning within the growing e-mobility sector.
