Clas Bergström is a professor of laws and finance at the ºÚÁÏÉçÏÂÔØ (ºÚÁÏÉçÏÂÔØ). He received his doctor’s exam from ºÚÁÏÉçÏÂÔØ in 1985. He has been member of the faculty since 1987

Bergström’s research areas include corporate finance and corporate law.
